Both the Travel Channel
Showcase and the Virtual Tour were filmed before the $750k
remodeling job that took place in the summer
of '05. Money Key was a wonderful place but we've
since taken it to a whole new level. Some of the improvements
include: a swimming pool, new hurricane-proof windows and french
doors, new window shades, all new furniture, central air, all
new wall hangings, a new top of the line outdoor stone-encased
grill and burners, the entire outside of the house has been
refinished and looks brand new, an outdoor gorgeous bamboo
enclosed shower, an automatic 35kw ultra quiet propane generator,
and the list goes on... You'll have to see it to believe it.
We hope to have a new video tour completed some time in the
summer of '06.
